CannaCure Sciences, a fully owned subsidiary of Imperalis Holding Corp trading symbol (IMHC), is tapping into an unexplored niche of the multi-billion-dollar skincare and cosmetic industry!

Natural… organic… cruelty-free… environmentally friendly… sustainable… these are just some of the words that are now mainstream in the cosmetic and skincare industries. Big names are scooping up niche skincare brands in order to meet the demands of consumers who now want NATURAL and planet friendly choices. Consumers are recognizing that many products found on store shelves today are filled with chemicals that could prove to be hazardous for use and are hurting our planet. Celebrities and social media influencers including Gwyneth Paltrow and Kourtney Kardashian have long sworn by organic products and their place in the spotlight has helped show many people that there are better and safer alternatives to choose from.

With a growing demand for natural options, CannaCure Sciences is flexing its muscles in this fast-growing niche industry with a line of innovative and natural products!

Our story begins here… with our family!

Vincent Andreula, known as Vinny to his family and friends, is a successful entrepreneur who has owned five businesses prior to starting CannaCure Sciences. His story took him on an incredible journey all the way from Wall Street to Main Street; where his natural entrepreneurial spirit flourished. Born in Hoboken, New Jersey, Vinny formerly served as a Vice President at Capital One; a Fortune 500 company. Upon marrying his wife Viktoriya and starting his family, Vinny made the move to the great state of New Hampshire where he purchased an organic farm, opened a gym and fully immersed himself in the business and lifestyle of health and wellness.

When their young son began experiencing some concerning skin issues, Vinny dedicated himself to finding natural and holistic answers. Not satisfied with any of the options offered by the allopathic medical industry, he knew there had to be a better way to treat his child! This led to the birth of CannaCure Sciences, which sprung from Vinny’s New Hampshire kitchen where he spent countless hours researching, mixing and testing different ingredients until he was satisfied with the final results. As his company grew, he brought in his brother and sister-in-law, both also in the health and wellness field. The family now strives to create new and innovative products that are both gentle and effective, combining holistic wisdom with modern science. Based on his prior business experience and analysis, Vinny projects a sharp increase in the demand of organic skincare products and is confident in the role of CannaCure Sciences to help meet that demand!

Our Mission

At CannaCure Sciences, we believe that everyone has the right to natural, chemical-free personal hygiene and wellness products. On average, women use 12 personal care products a day, exposing themselves to 168 chemical ingredients and men use six, exposing themselves to 85 unique chemicals. 1 We truly understand the desire to reduce contact with as many artificial ingredients as possible. As more and more research is released to the public showing the negative effects of common additives such as parabens, phthalates, and artificial colors and fragrances, we’ve stepped up to devise and create effective products that work– without harming ourselves or the environment. We strive to use 100% natural ingredients in their purest forms; when you open a jar or bottle of our product, you’re greeted with only the clean natural scent of the ingredients– no harsh perfumes!

Our Products

Whether you suffer from eczema, dry skin, or even thinning hair– CannaCure Sciences is sure to have a product that will help you. Our research spans the globe; we combine the wisdom of indigenous cultures with modern science to bring you the best in holistic care. From African Shea butters to avocado oil and mango butters from the Amazon, all of our ingredients are sustainably sourced and responsibly harvested. And we don’t stop at topicals– to really reach your full wellness potential, it’s important to feed your body naturally from the inside as well. CannaCure Sciences also believes in the value of pure, clean, beneficial oils taken internally for truly great health. From our organically sourced pure CBD and hemp oil extracts, to our pristine filtered krill and fish oils, you can feel confident about every product we offer. Our Antarctic Krill Oil is sourced from the cleanest and clearest waters on the planet, and the benefits from taking this show themselves almost immediately. Our Krill oil contains Astaxanthin, which acts as a natural internal sunscreen, protecting you from sunburn without the chemicals found in topical sun creams and sprays. Our Triple Strength Fish Oil gives you all the benefits of high EPA and DHA fish oil in a smaller serving.

Cruelty-free Beliefs

Here at CannaCure Sciences, our products are never tested on animals. Our family tests each and every batch on ourselves to ensure that they’re effective and non-reactive to sensitive skin. We don’t stop at the testing– we actually use all of our products daily, and we stand behind each product 100%. You’ll find Vinny’s son using the eczema butters to keep his skin smooth and itch-free, and Vinny and his wife have their bathrooms stocked with our scrubs and creams. Even the family pets get in on the action- 12 year-old Jake, a large breed mutt, has been living arthritis-free since starting his daily regimen of CBD oil and fish oil over 3 years ago!

Our Future

Our family and company are grateful for the generous support of our loyal customers, and we pledge to always offer you the best products and formulations available. We are constantly innovating, testing, sourcing and developing new products for our family and yours. As we step into this next era, we are proud to be able to offer our products to a wider audience, including both expanded online options and select retail locations. As the world becomes more modern, we are excited to bring the timeless and traditional gifts of Mother Nature into the future.

The Opportunity

In 2015, Grand View Research announced that the global organic beauty market was likely to reach $15.98bn by 2020, as demand for organic skincare, haircare and color cosmetics drives consumers to look for natural and organic labels. 2 A Unilever study reveals that a third of consumers are now buying from brands based on their social and environmental impact. 53% of shoppers in the UK and a staggering 78% in the US say they feel better when they buy products that are sustainably produced. This number rises to 88% in India and 85% in both Brazil and Turkey! 3 Hemp is one of the most versatile plants on the planet and the explosive growth in popularity of hemp products has created a massive market.

The newly legalized hemp industry promises to double by 2022 thanks in part to a provision of the 2018 Farm Bill that has made hemp no longer a federally illegal substance. According to Markets and Markets, the industrial hemp market is projected to grow from USD 4.6 billion in 2019 to USD 26.6 billion by 2025, recording a CAGR of 34.0% during the forecast period. 4

Cosmetic antioxidants include a variety of functions, such as anti-inflammatory, hair conditioning, anti-aging, hair cleansing, moisturizing, and UV protection, among various other functions. Cosmetic antioxidants are largely used for applications such as for skincare, makeup, and hair care, among others.

The global cosmetic antioxidants market is forecast to reach $190.2 Million by 2026, according to a new report by Reports and Data. 5 The global organic personal care market size was estimated at $13.33 billion in 2018 and is projected to register a CAGR of 9.4% from 2019 to 2025. Increasing demand for cosmetics and skin and hair care coupled with rising need for environment- and animal-friendly products is expected to drive the growth. Rising R&D expenditure to introduce improved plant and animal extracts into various products is expected to further promote the product demand. Furthermore, stringent regulations promoting the use of organic materials in skin care industry are likely to propel market growth. The market includes a wide variety of products for the protection of hair, skin, and oral health, along with cosmetics, oils, body sprays, perfumes, and masculine and feminine hygiene product among others. Technological innovations aimed at development of cost-effective product lines by companies such as Aveda Corporation, The Body Shop, Estée Lauder, and Amway, are expected to remain key drivers for market growth over the forecast period. 6
